Fun on the farm; Donkey milking in Belgium

Friday, October 1st, 2010

Just on the Eurostar back from a fantastic shoot in rural Belgium at a donkey farm (Asinerie du pays des Collines). Tasted donkey milk, my producer milked one and we all had our ears licked during a piece to camera in a field! Stunning weather, great subjects, amazing light and a superb lunch by the farm owners. Thanks to them for making us so welcome and for the presents of donkey soap too. Can’t wait to see the edit!

Prader Willi Syndrome documentary in Cambridge

Saturday, September 25th, 2010

Just on location shooting a doc in Cambridge on prader willi syndrome. Directed by Ed McGown, we’re following a patient as they undergo cutting-edge fMRI research. Shooting on primes with the Letus and Nikon lenses again; what a lovely combination. Got superb access to their MRI scanner. Thanks to everyone at the hospital for being so lovely and accommodating to us all.
